About VWC Construction
Built on Quality, Integrity, and Real Relationships
VWC Construction - Building with Integrity
VWC Construction is a family-owned construction company serving Southern Colorado, specializing in custom pole barns, garages, barndominiums, RV storage buildings, livestock shelters, and agricultural structures. We focus primarily on county and rural projects, where thoughtful design, solid craftsmanship, and clear communication matter most.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all buildings or cutting corners. Every project is custom-planned to fit the property, the purpose, and the people using it — with an emphasis on durability, function, and long-term value.
Who We Are
At our core, VWC Construction is built on a simple belief: quality and integrity still matter.
That means:
-
Doing what we say we’ll do
-
Building structures that last, not just pass inspection
-
Communicating clearly and honestly throughout the process
-
Treating every project like it’s our own
We work closely with property owners across Fremont County, Pueblo County, Las Animas County, and surrounding areas, helping navigate zoning, permits, site prep, and construction with confidence.
Our Approach
We understand that building a large structure is a major investment. That’s why we take a hands-on, transparent approach from start to finish.
Our services include:
-
Custom design and planning
-
Permit coordination when required
-
Site prep and dirt work through our sister company, Excavate Colorado
-
Concrete slabs and foundations
-
Clear contracts and realistic timelines
From the first conversation to the final walk-through, our goal is to make the process straightforward, stress-free, and well-communicated.

Meet Julian
Hi there—I’m Julian Garber, owner and hands-on lead at VWC Construction. Long before blueprints and building codes, I was a little Mennonite boy in the South holding boards steady for my dad, learning that careful craftsmanship and a promise kept are just good manners.

Since putting down roots in Colorado in 2016, I’ve carried that same yes-ma’am, no-nonsense ethic across Fremont County and southern Colorado, building pole barns, custom garages, and barndominiums that stand the test of time—and look good doing it.

Together with my wife, Beth, and our two kids, I personally guide each project from permits to final walk-through, so every client knows their investment is backed by quality, integrity, community values, and genuine Southern hospitality.
A Family Business with Local Roots
VWC Construction isn’t a volume builder and we’re not a franchise. We’re a local family business that values relationships just as much as results.
Julian and Beth work together to ensure projects are handled with care, attention to detail, and respect for the people and communities we serve. Being involved in local events, supporting the community, and building long-term trust are just part of how we do business.
