This building was designed with long-term flexibility in mind, featuring a garage and workshop on the main level, a fully installed loft with stairs above, and framing in place for a future second-level walkout porch when the owners are ready to add it.
The structure was also designed to allow for a future lean-to addition, giving the property owners multiple expansion options without needing major structural changes later.
