The Townsend Project is a custom-built 50×100 pole barn designed for high-function vehicle and equipment use. Built with tall sidewalls, reinforced concrete, insulation, and extensive natural light, this structure was planned from the ground up to support specialty equipment, shop workflows, and long-term durability.

Concrete Slab & Specialty Foundations
A major feature of this project is the reinforced concrete slab, designed for specialized shop use.

Six 4′ × 8′ × 6″ reinforced sections designed for two-post vehicle lifts
This concrete layout allows for future equipment installation without cutting or modifying the slab later.
Insulation Package
To improve comfort and usability, insulation was included throughout the building.
